Constructionline
Andrew Goddard Associates Ltd have been included on Constructionline the Government’s Approved List of qualified construction services. Constructionline is a public private partnership between the Department for the Environment, Transport and the Regions (DETR) and Capita, is the UK’s largest register of qualified construction contractors and consultants. Andrew Goddard Associates Limited have reached the required technical, managerial and financial standards as laid down by the Construction Directorate of the (DETR).

Projects
Andrew Goddard Associates Ltd have acted as CDM Co-ordinators in over 800 projects in the last 10 years. Ranging from external re-decoration works for the University of London and Catalyst Communities Housing Association; Shop fit-outs in most of the countries major airports for Alpha Retail; New build projects including a £80 million office & retail building in Holburn, London, warehouse and industrial units, a number of residential developments for private developers and housing associations; office fit out and refurbishment projects; school extensions and refurbishments for Wokingham District Council.
