The project comprised the internal refurbishment of offices on the 4th floor. The works included the removal of carpet tiles and installation of new ones, new server room, new data network, new power line (floor sockets), replacement of AC unit in server room, installation of internal glass partitions, internal painting and decorations. No structural works.
